GRCF come get your yoga on! Yoga is a fantastic complement to your CrossFit workouts. This Sunday, November 10th at 8am Nate will be teaching a yoga class focusing on hip opening stretches and other movements designed to improve mobility for your workouts. Then, next Wednesday, November 13th come try out Yoga with Liz Lowe at 9:15am. Also, let us know what times work best for you if you'd like to see more yoga added into the schedule.
