To earn 1 point: Spend a total of 20 minutes holding a plank (forearms on the ground).
To earn 2 points: Spend a total of 20 minutes holding a weighted plank. Men must have a 35# plate on their back; women must have a 25# plate. If you have an object or backpack to fill at home (and you have a scale), you can perform these at home as well. Otherwise, plan a few minutes before/after your workout. Break it up however you like. This can be done over as many days as you need (as long as it's completed by Sunday).
*** BONUS BONUS POINTS: This week if you'd like to earn 3 EXTRA bonus points for your team, you can submit a creative planking photo by posting it to the Grassroots CrossFit Facebook page or tagging it on instagram (@grassrootscrossfit), #grassrootscrossfit. The TOP 3 PHOTOS will earn 3 extra points for the people who submitted those pictures. The 3 winners can come from the same or different teams. Consider getting your teammates involved and find creative places to take the pictures. Coaches will vote on the winning photos.
