NUTRITION CHALLENGE Week 3 BONUS: To earn extra points this week, you'll have to spend some quality time hanging out in the bottom of a squat. If you can sit for 10 minutes a day, five days out of this week, you earn 1 bonus point. If you spend 15 minutes a day, five days out of the week, you'll earn 2 points. You can accomplish this anywhere, and you can add up the time throughout the day (use the stopwatch on your phone, and keep starting and stopping it throughout the day). This is a great way to work on your mobility, but this does NOT count as your active recovery work. Let's get squatting! (Please make sure you are sitting in a good position with the best posture possible. Try to avoid excessive toe turnout, and make sure your feet are flat on the ground.)
