Have you been wanting to try CrossFit? Do you have friends or family who want to come in for a workout? Join us for the free community workout every other Saturday! It is FREE to participate. Members and newcomers are welcome to attend.

Next Free Community Workouts: Saturday, Feb. 2nd at 8am & Saturday, Feb. 16th at 8am

 

Ready to get started? Sign up for the On-Ramp, a two week (6 session) beginner's course teaching you the basic movements used in CrossFit. The On-Ramp costs $99, and upon completion, you save $50 off your first monthly membership!

--Evening Group A (6pm): 1/28, 1/29, 1/31, 2/4, 2/5, 2/7 (Mon./Tues./Thurs. Schedule)

--Morning Group A (7am): 2/11, 2/13, 2/15, 2/18, 2/20, 2/22 (Mon./Wed./Fri. Schedule)

--Evening Group B (6pm): 2/25, 2/26, 2/28, 3/4, 3/5, 3/7 (Mon./Tues./Thurs. Schedule)
