Track WOD Saturday--Gym Closed (Sept. 29)

The gym will be closed Saturday as we will be running the Tough Mudder! The workout for Saturday is:

We encourage everyone to grab a buddy or a few (ask around at the gym and I bet you'll find a handful of willing participants), get out to a local track (such as the Edwards Stadium track at Cal), and get your WOD on! There are a handful of other tracks in the area, so ask around!
