SATURDAY: WOD at 9am and 10am, Paleo Potluck at 11am! Bring your favorite dish and recipe cards to go along with it. If it's a cold day, we'll hang out at the gym to feast. Weather permitting, we'll head to a local park.
SUNDAY: WOD at 9am, YOGA at 10am!
