This is for the competitive athlete who would like to take their training to the next level. Participants should be able to Rx most workouts and perform most skills. The class includes difficult skill work, team-building activities, and a combination of partner, team, and judged individual WODs. We'll discuss strategy for performing in competition and get to know each other's strengths and weaknesses to prepare for both local throwdowns and the CrossFit Open. *Classes may run a little more than an hour depending on the workout.
