Have you been wanting to get started with CrossFit? If you are new to CrossFit, our On-Ramp will prepare you to join classes by teaching you how to use proper form and how to scale movements to your current level of fitness. Our September evening On-Ramp group will begin on the 2nd and run for four weeks (Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:45pm to 9:00pm). This group will include 8 sessions, 75minutes each, for a total cost of $145. Please register and pay to reserve your spot, as space is limited to 6 participants for this group. If this time does not work for you, we are looking into adding a morning group as well this month, or contact us to schedule a private on-ramp if you would like to schedule at your convenience.
