Yoga will now regularly occur at 8am on Sundays with Nate and 9am on Wednesdays with our newest instructor, Liz Lowe! Yoga is a great compliment to your CrossFit workouts. Please come give these classes a try to see how they can benefit you.
Team Competition Training will be permanently scheduled for Sundays at 11am and will be programmed and instructed by Michael Korczowski. We highly encourage all athletes who are or would like to be competitive (and have solid foundational skills) to attend this class!
