Olympic Lifting at 10am (All levels are welcome! Come work on your lifts!)

Mobility at 11am (It's time to get mobile! Work on your range of motion and flexibility through guided exercises and stretches)



Yoga at 9am (A great way to improve your flexibility)

Open Gym at 10am (Time to practice skills, get some individual coaching, or make up a missed WOD)

Team Training at 11am (Intermediate/advanced athletes will benefit from advanced skill work and challenging workouts)
