Want to get started with CrossFit? Our one month long on-ramp program is designed to teach you proper technique and to prepare you to join the regular daily workouts. We'll show you how to perform the movements safely and at your own pace.
When: 7:15pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 4 weeks, starting June 30th
