  Eat as much as you need to stay satisfied.

 This challenge isn’t about caloric restriction—in fact, we want you to fully fuel your body for all the hard work you’re doing at Grassroots! Despite what conventional wisdom would have you believe, not all calories are created equal. When you eat the right foods, you aren’t constantly spiking your insulin levels. Because insulin drives fat storage and appetite, you’ll be able to lose weight without constantly feeling hungry. Don’t be afraid to eat when your body needs it, and unless you’re trying to gain weight by overriding your body’s satiation mechanisms, don’t worry about counting calories.
