Want to get in shape for the new year? Been thinking about trying CrossFit? The On-Ramp is a great way to safely learn the movements used in CrossFit workouts while building up your conditioning before joining regular classes. The On-Ramp is a two week long program (3 classes per week) that teaches you proper technique in weightlifting, gymnastics, and bodyweight exercises. We'll also show you how to scale movements to your current level of fitness. What better time to get started than the new year! Plus, after completing your On-Ramp, save $50 off your first month's membership if you decide to join!
If you would like to sign up for the 6 class on-ramp series in January, please go to the "Getting Started" tab and register. Please make your $99 payment to reserve your spot as class sizes are limited. You must be able to attend at least 5 out of 6 classes. If class times do not work with your schedule, please ask about personal training to learn the movements before joining regular classes.The on-ramp or equivalent personal training sessions are required for those new to CrossFit.
Evening Group #1 6pm-7pm: January 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday classes)
Morning Group #1 7am-8am: January 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes)
Evening Group #2 6pm-7pm: January 28, 29, 31, February 4, 5, 7 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday classes)
*When registering online, the program will tell you your start date is the day you registered. Please ignore this date. You should email us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the start date for which you are signing up, and we will be happy to add you to the list.
