For those of you interested in starting the two week beginner's course to learn the basics of CrossFit, these are the next start dates:
March 25th at 6pm--Runs Mon/Tues/Thurs for two weeks
April 8th at 7am--Runs Mon/Wed/Fri for two weeks
This series contains 6 hour long sessions teaching you the fundamental movements used in CrossFit workouts. The class is required for anyone new to CrossFit to ensure that you are familiar with the movements and proper form prior to joining the regular workout of the day. Please try to attend at least 5 out of the 6 sessions. Otherwise, please contact us to schedule personal training in place of the On-Ramp. The cost of the On-Ramp is $99, and upon completion, you will receive $50 off your first monthly membership if you decide to join. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot as space is limited. You can then go to the "Getting Started" section of the website to create an account and set up payment. Please ignore the dates when you register, as the system will automatically tell you your start date is the day you register.
Remember, you don't have to be great to start, but you DO have to start to be great!
