The ON-RAMP is a two week program for those new to CrossFit to learn the foundational movements used in CrossFit workouts in order to prepare for joining the regular classes. This class is mandatory for all newcomers without CrossFit experience. If you have questions about the program, please feel free to email us questions at email@example.com.

If you are interested in signing up, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if space is still available in the group you'd like to join. Next, go to the "Getting Started" tab on our site and register for the On-Ramp Series. There you can set up your payment of $99 to reserve your spot. IGNORE the start date when your register--the system will automatically tell you your start date is the date your registered. Please email to confirm with us that you have been added to the list for the correct start date.
If none of these dates work for your schedule, please email us to set up a one-on-one on-ramp course of 3 personal sessions to learn the movements prior to joining regular classes. The cost of a personal on-ramp is $150.
