    The schedule for the week of 11/20 through 11/26 is as follows: Monday 11/20 through Wednesday 11/23 : No changesThursday 11/24 (Thanksgiving): Classes at 7am, 8am, 9am, and 10am ONLY. Friday 11/25: Standard classes at 7am, 8am, and 9am.   • No 10am Community Class on Saturday 11/11/17

    There will be no community class on Saturday, November 11th at 10am due to a special event happening at that time.   • Weekend Update: 10/14 and 10/15

    We will be open as usual on Saturday and Sunday (10/14-10/15). However, due to the smoky conditions, we will NOT have the back door open.   • Classes CANCELLED Wednesday and Thursday 10/11 and 10/12 due to poor air quality

    Due to unhealthy air quality, we are cancelling all classes on Wednesday evening and all day Thursday (October 11 through October 12th). Because the gym is not indoors with air filtration, we feel that it is dangerous to both members and coaches to be in the gym and working out for extended periods of time.     Now that the Open is over, we are going back to our standard weekend schedule. Community class will be at 8am, 9am, and 10am on Saturday, and we will have Kettlebell Clinic at 9am and Open Gym on Sundays once more.
