  • Weekend Schedule Updates for April!

    Now that the Open is over, we are going back to our standard weekend schedule. Community class will be at 8am, 9am, and 10am on Saturday, and we will have Kettlebell Clinic at 9am and Open Gym on Sundays once more.   • Schedule Updates for CrossFit Open and Community Class!

    Starting this week (Feb 20th), we will be cancelling the Community Class on Saturday in order to host the CrossFit Open. The CrossFit Open will run from 9:00am through approximately 11am every Saturday through March 25th, with doors opening at 8:30am so that those in the 9am heat can begin warming up. If you enjoy working out on Saturdays and are a current member, we encourage you to sign up for the Open at games.crossfit.com.   Read More...

  • CrossFit Open Practice WODs on Saturdays at 10am!!

    Starting this week (1/14), we will be offering a practice CrossFit Open WOD at 10am on Saturdays! Each week, we will choose a workout from a previous CrossFit Open. We will run heats and have each group judge one another to get used to range of motion standards. This class will be taking the place of the 10am Community Class.   Read More...

  • December HOLIDAY HOURS!!!

    The holiday schedule for December is now updated and reflects the hours the gym will be open through December 26th. On Friday, December 23rd, we will be cutting one standard CrossFit class and having the Barbell WOD an hour early (5:30pm instead of 6:30pm).     We will be having holiday hours to celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday this week. On Thursday, we will be running WODs at 9am and 10am only.   • NEW CLASSES! Strongman and Flexibility Added

    We are introducing a new coach to GRCF, Patrick Barnes, as well as two awesome new classes he is heading! The first is a strongman course, which will teach people how to use all the strongman implements (Atlas Stones, kegs, sandbags, yokes, etc.) This class will start Tuesday, Sept. 20th at 2pm. The second class will be a flexibility class, designed to improve range of motion for increased performance and mobility.   Read More...

  • NEW CLASS: Gymnastics Strength + Conditioning

    Starting tomorrow, Saturday, April 2nd, join us for a new class at 11:15am. Michael will be running Gymnastics Strength + Conditioning! This 90 minute class develops beginner to advanced upper body strength skills like pull-ups and rope climbs, dips and handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups, as well as freestanding handstands, basic flexibility work like bridges, splits and forward bends, single leg squatting, and abs/back strength.   Read More...
