New to CrossFit? Join the On-Ramp!

The On-Ramp is a two week course (6 sessions) covering the foundational movements used in CrossFit workouts. The cost is $99, and after completion, you save $50 off your first monthly membership if you decide to join.

The next evening On-Ramp begins Monday, November 26th at 6pm. This session runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings for two weeks.

The next morning On-Ramp begins Monday, December 3rd at 7am. This session runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings for two weeks.


If you need to miss one class and make it up, please contact us to schedule a make-up time.

Just curious to try out a class first? Come by on Saturday mornings at 8am for a free trial class!
