New to CrossFit? Here's how to start working toward a healthier you in 2013!

Have you been curious about trying CrossFit? Not sure if it's for you? Not sure if you are in good enough shape to start?

It's a common misconception that you have to already be in great shape to do CrossFit. The truth is that most people who walk into a CrossFit gym for the first time are not super athletes--they are regular people who lead busy lives and just want to find a way to get healthier. Some want to lose weight, others want to get stronger, others just want to stay active and not get bored doing the same repetitive workouts.

While CrossFit may not be the right fit for everyone, anyone can do CrossFit if they really want to. The only thing you need when entering a CrossFit gym is a willingness to learn and to show up each day ready to give it your best shot. If you put in the work, results will happen. You'll get stronger, faster, and healthier than you've probably ever been.

It's time to put aside all the excuses you've been giving for why you aren't ready to begin CrossFit--like they say, you don't need to be great to start, but you do have to start to become great!

Sign up for the On-Ramp, a two week program that will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit so that you will feel comfortable joining the daily workouts.
