Want to get started with CrossFit? Our 8 session group on-ramp program will teach you the foundational movements used in CrossFit classes. This course is required for those new to CrossFit prior to joining the daily workouts.
We have 2 groups available this month. Each group is limited to 6 participants, and all classes will be 75 minutes long. Groups meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our evening group begins this Tuesday, October 7th, and our morning group begins Tuesday, October 14th.
