NEW CLASS: Gymnastics Strength + Conditioning

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, April 2nd, join us for a new class at 11:15am. Michael will be running Gymnastics Strength + Conditioning! This 90 minute class develops beginner to advanced upper body strength skills like pull-ups and rope climbs, dips and handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups, as well as freestanding handstands, basic flexibility work like bridges, splits and forward bends, single leg squatting, and abs/back strength. The class will finish with a fun conditioning workout.
