Membership Options

UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS 

Monthly Memberships: These include Daily WODs (group workout of the day classes), Open Gym times, Mobility, Olympic Lifting, and Yoga (as offered).

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership (Month-to-month) - $175
  • Police, Fire, Military, & Student Discounted Monthly Membership - $155 *Bring in ID to apply discount to membership.

**Month-to-month memberships will automatically be set to auto-renew. By purchasing a month-to-month membership, you authorize Grassroots CrossFit to charge your card at the start of each billing cycle. Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time, but please allow a minimum of 7 days notice to ensure that the next month's transaction does not go through. 

PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS

  • PREPAID 3 Month Membership - $465 ($155/month)
  • PREPAID 6 Month Membership - $840 ($140/month)
  • PREPAID 12 Month Membership - $1,440 ($120/month)

ON-RAMP BEGINNER SERIES

This is a series of 8 one hour classes designed to prepare you for CrossFit WODs. The On-Ramp series is limited to 6 participants, so pre-registration is necessary to reserve a spot.

  • On-Ramp 8 Class Group Series - $175
  • Student Discounted On-Ramp 8 Class Group Series- $155 *MUST bring student ID on first day of class to confirm active student status.

During the sessions, we will review movements from previous classes, but if you need to miss more than a day of class, we can schedule one private make up session for an additional $50 to go over what you missed. Additional sessions will be charged at personal training rates.

PRIVATE ON-RAMPS

These sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Grab a friend or two and save on the cost!

  • One-on-one Private On-Ramp - $375 for 6 sessions
  • Two-on-one Private On-Ramp - $250 per person for 6 sessions
  • Three or more Private On-Ramp - $200 per person for 6 sessions

POST ON-RAMP SPECIAL

Upon completion of the On-Ramp, we offer a three month membership at a discounted rate of $120 per month ($360 prepaid). We have found that three months of consistent attendance (3-4 times per week) is the "sweet spot" for clients to build a strong foundation and see noticeable results.

**Three month special must be purchased within three weeks of On-Ramp completion.

DROP-INS

You must have CrossFit experience to drop into the daily WOD classes. Please contact us prior to dropping in.

  • Single Class: $20
  • Single Class and T-shirt: $30
  • Weekly Unlimited: $50

Bring a T-shirt from your affiliate and we will waive one of your drop-in fees!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Introductory Sequence: New private training clients begin with a sequence of one 15 minute consultation meeting to discuss background and goals, plus 3 one hour training sessions which include movement and skill evaluations and customized programming. Coaches can accommodate up to three clients per session at a discounted per-person rate.

  • Individual: $275
  • Pair: $185 per person
  • Trio: $135 per person

Starter Package (fifteen total sessions): The starter package for new clients offers a discount for combining a consultation, the 3-session introductory sequence, and a 12-session training cycle.

  • Individual: $1000 
  • Pair $800: per person
  • Trio $600: per person

Options for Current/Returning Clients: These packages are for those who are returning personal training clients, current gym members, and those who have completed the introductory sequence. Six and twelve-session packages should be completed at a rate of 2 or more sessions per week. One or fewer sessions per week should be purchased as single sessions.

Private Training Cycle (twelve sessions):

  • Individual: $900 
  • Pair: $750 per person
  • Trio: $575 per person

Short Cycle (six sessions):

  • Individual $475 
  • Pair $400 
  • Trio $325

Single session:

  • Individual: $85
  • Pair: $65 per person
  • Trio: $50 per person
