This is a series of 8 one hour classes designed to prepare you for CrossFit WODs. Completion of the On-ramp is necessary to join CrossFit classes, unless you have completed an On-ramp at another CrossFit facility.
On-Ramps start the first full week of each month, and registration is available two weeks prior. The morning group runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30am. The evening group runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8pm. The On-Ramp series is limited to 4 participants, so we highly recommend advance registration to reserve your spot!
On-Ramp 8 Class Group Series - $225
Student Discounted On-Ramp 8 Class Group Series- $200 *MUST bring student ID on first day of class to confirm active student status.
We will be reviewing movements throughout the course, but if you need to miss more than a day of class, you are required to schedule a private make-up session for an additional $50 to go over what you missed. Additional sessions will be charged at personal training rates.
If you cannot make the set monthly On-ramp times, or if you missed registration, these sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Grab a friend or two and save on the cost!
One-on-one Private On-Ramp - $390 for 6 sessions
Two-on-one Private On-Ramp - $300 per person ($600 total) for 6 sessions
Three or more Private On-Ramp - $240 per person ($720 total) for 6 sessions

Upon completion of the On-Ramp, we offer a three month membership at a discounted rate of $150 per month ($450 prepaid). We have found that three months of consistent attendance (3-4 times per week) is the "sweet spot" for clients to build a strong foundation and see noticeable results. Sign up, commit to at least 3X per week for three months, and watch yourself get stronger, faster, and fitter!

These memberships are for current members, transfers from another CrossFit gym, and those who have completed the On-ramp and have finished their three month special. We offer only unlimited memberships to encourage you to come as much as possible: 3 to 5 times per week depending on your current fitness level. We want you to see amazing results, and consistency is the only way to do that! We are always happy to put your account on hold for any time you’re out of town for more than a week. If you have specific circumstances which require a more limited membership plan, please contact us.

**Month-to-month memberships will automatically be set to auto-renew. By purchasing a month-to-month membership, you authorize Grassroots CrossFit to charge your card at the start of each billing cycle. Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time, but please allow a minimum of 7 days notice to ensure that the next month's transaction does not go through.

We recommend personal training if you need a program completely customized to your individual needs, or if you are an existing member and would like some targeted skill work. For anyone interested in personal training, we start with a complimentary 15 minute evaluation to assess your goals and place you with the appropriate coach and training package. In order to receive the best results, all packages are designed to be completed on a monthly basis with one, two, or three sessions per week. If you are looking to train more than 3X per week, we offer custom packages. If you have an erratic schedule and cannot train on a consistent basis, please let us know when scheduling your consultation.
