Monthly Memberships: These include Daily WODs (group workout of the day classes), Open Gym times, Mobility, Olympic Lifting, and Yoga (as offered).
**Month-to-month memberships will automatically be set to auto-renew. By purchasing a month-to-month membership, you authorize Grassroots CrossFit to charge your card at the start of each billing cycle. Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time, but please allow a minimum of 7 days notice to ensure that the next month's transaction does not go through.

This is a series of 8 one hour classes designed to prepare you for CrossFit WODs. The On-Ramp series is limited to 6 participants, so pre-registration is necessary to reserve a spot.
During the sessions, we will review movements from previous classes, but if you need to miss more than a day of class, we can schedule one private make up session for an additional $50 to go over what you missed. Additional sessions will be charged at personal training rates.
These sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Grab a friend or two and save on the cost!
Upon completion of the On-Ramp, we offer a three month membership at a discounted rate of $120 per month ($360 prepaid). We have found that three months of consistent attendance (3-4 times per week) is the "sweet spot" for clients to build a strong foundation and see noticeable results.
**Three month special must be purchased within three weeks of On-Ramp completion.
You must have CrossFit experience to drop into the daily WOD classes. Please contact us prior to dropping in.
Bring a T-shirt from your affiliate and we will waive one of your drop-in fees!
Introductory Sequence: New private training clients begin with a sequence of one 15 minute consultation meeting to discuss background and goals, plus 3 one hour training sessions which include movement and skill evaluations and customized programming. Coaches can accommodate up to three clients per session at a discounted per-person rate.
Starter Package (fifteen total sessions): The starter package for new clients offers a discount for combining a consultation, the 3-session introductory sequence, and a 12-session training cycle.
Options for Current/Returning Clients: These packages are for those who are returning personal training clients, current gym members, and those who have completed the introductory sequence. Six and twelve-session packages should be completed at a rate of 2 or more sessions per week. One or fewer sessions per week should be purchased as single sessions.
