IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATES *Please Read

 Labor Day is Monday, Sept. 1st. We will have WODs at 9am and 10am only.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2nd, our new schedule will begin. Hours Mon-Fri will not change for the morning. Morning hours will remain 6am, 7am, 8am, Noon. Open Gym time will be from 1pm to 3pm. Evening hours will be updated to 3pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, 6:45pm, and 8pm.*NO 8pm on FRIDAYS.

Weekend Schedule for September:

SATURDAYS: 9am Bring a Friend Class, 10am WOD, 11am Olympic Lifting

SUNDAYS: 9am-11am Open Gym, 11am Mobility

*We will be hosting CrossFit in the Park with Lululemon on Sundays in September. Please come join us for a WOD--stay tuned for details.

**Starting in October, we are looking into adding a Kettlebell Club led by Roy on Sundays at 9am. This would involve warm-up, skill work/instruction, and a workout involving kettlebell movements. Please let us know if this sounds like it would make a fun addition to your Sunday routine. (info@grassrootscrossfit.com)

Please note that arriving on time to classes is important for keeping classes on track. A strict 3 burpee/minute penalty will be given for arriving late. Also, when your class is over, please note that there is a 15 minute window in which to record scores, clean up equipment, and socialize in the main room. If you'd like to hang out beyond that, please clear the main area for the next class so we can do our best to keep classes starting and ending on time. We appreciate your help with this, and thank you for taking the time to give us your votes and thoughts on creating a schedule that works for you.
