1 Mile Run

*Pull ups, push ups, and squats may be broken up as needed. Suggested method is 20 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats.

There will be a time cap by which you must head out for the second mile run.

 

SCALING OPTIONS:

Partner Murph: Both partners run together, but may split up the middle work as desired

1/2 Murph: Run 800, 50 pull ups, 100 push ups, 200 air squats, 800m run

***SUB ring rows, incline push ups
