Beginner's Lifting Class

Sundays at 10:15am is currently Open Gym time. Starting January 18th, Michael will be leading a Beginner's Lifting Class during this time. (You're still welcome to come in for open gym.) This class will be geared toward the novice weightlifter who would like to gain proficiency in the olympic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk). If you just recently completed an on-ramp, or you just never quite feel comfortable with these movements, come by for some focused coaching in these skills. Intermediate lifters can also benefit from added technique work. The class will include drills, positional work, and light practice. This is NOT a class for heavy lifting/maxing out.
