Our 12 session group On-Ramp is designed to teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit to prepare you for our group classes. You'll learn proper lifting technique and how to scale movements to your current fitness level. This group begins August 4th and runs for four weeks Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 7:15pm.
