Members,
A new morning on-ramp group begins next week (January 14th) and runs for two weeks on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. This is a large group, and they will be using racks, barbells, and more each day. Please note that if you plan to come in during 7am open gym time to do a workout on these days, the on-ramp group will have first priority for equipment. It is recommended, if possible, that if you are set on doing the workout of the day exactly as programmed that you attend the 6am or 8am instead on these dates. Thank you!
